Job summary

CompassRock International seeks an Overnight Resident Experience Associate for Glass Bottle, a premier Build-to-Rent property in Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will drive resident engagement, health and safety, cleanliness and security while delivering exceptional service to residents and visitors.

The role offers a clear path to more managerial responsibilities through CompassRock’s training programs and certification, with emphasis on customer engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (desired).
• Full clean Irish driver’s licence
• Proactive and Initiative-Driven: able to foresee potential issues and address them before they elevate (desired).

Responsibilities

• Uphold the company’s customer service standards to deliver high-quality service and resident satisfaction.
• Address resident complaints and troubleshoot problems, escalating to the Property Manager when needed.
• Plan and execute community-building activities that foster positive resident relations.
• Provide residents with tenancy information and renewal details.
• Assist Leasing team and qualify enquiries, book viewings as required.
• Conduct informative viewings and maintain lease records.
