Job summary

CompassRock International seeks an Overnight Resident Experience Associate for Alta Verde in Blackrock, Dublin. You will focus on resident engagement, health and safety, cleanliness, and security, reporting to the Property Manager.

The role involves interaction with residents and visitors, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction and supporting the Leasing team with viewing arrangements and records. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Full clean Irish driver’s licence.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage residents and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards and resident satisfaction.
• Address resident complaints and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan and execute community-building activities to engage residents.
• Provide tenancy information, renewal details, and answer tenancy questions.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and prospective tenants.
• Assist Leasing team with viewings and administrative duties.
• Support facilities management and ensure property stays clean and safe.
