Job summary

CompassRock, in partnership with Domu, is seeking a motivated Housekeeper to join the Glass Bottle property in Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4. The role supports onsite team and focuses on delivering excellent customer service to residents throughout tenancy lifecycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, apartment cleaning, bin management, safety compliance, and proactive communication about damages.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a housekeeping team.
• Strong customer service mindset due to regular interactions with residents.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to detail to maintain high standards.
• Good time management to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all common areas (gym, yoga studio, co-working space, lounges, terraces, offices, reception, kitchen, corridors) to high standards.
• Perform end-of-tenancy/pre-move-in cleaning and react to cleaning needs.
• Manage bin areas in collaboration with maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and risk assessments.
• Notify supervisors of damages or disturbances and respond professionally.
• Work as part of a team to keep property and apartments well maintained.
