Job summary

JP Morgan in Dublin is seeking an Outsourcing Governance Consultant on a 6-month contract to join its Ireland Outsourcing Governance team on site. The role focuses on strengthening the governance framework, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Irish entities.

The candidate will monitor Irish/EMEA outsourcing rules, support governance activities, and collaborate with multi-line defence teams to ensure regulatory alignment and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of outsourcing governance, regulatory compliance or third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of Irish and European outsourcing regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience supporting regulatory projects and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Irish and wider EMEA outsourcing regulations and assess their impact on the business.
• Maintain and enhance the outsourcing governance framework in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Support governance, risk, control and monitoring processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defence.
• Provide constructive challenge, resolve queries and support regulatory projects and wider governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with UK, EEA and global teams to improve processes and consistency.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing governance, regulatory compliance or third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of Irish and European outsourcing regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience supporting regulatory projects and governance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
