Testing Site - JPMC in Dublin seeks a TCoE EMEA Governance lead to enhance compliance and operational risk management for the EMEA region. You will oversee outsourcing, regulatory coordination, and governance forums to align testing with strategic goals.

With 7+ years in testing, compliance, or governance, you will influence senior management, build relationships across 1LOD and 2LOD, and drive data-driven decisions through risk frameworks and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourcing management for EMEA legal entities and coordinate testing delivery from global locations.
• Manage regulatory interactions with European regulators and represent TCoE in regulator meetings and governance forums.
• Escalate issues to 1LOD/2LOD and support improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Produce metrics aligned with the TCoE global reporting model and collaborate with regional control teams.
