Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a TPO Portfolio Manager for Workplace Solutions in Ireland to govern third-party supplier engagements from onboarding through termination.

You will coordinate onboarding, due diligence, and governance across InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance, Architecture, Legal, and Financial Viability Assessment teams. Qualifications

• Strong experience in Third Party Oversight, Vendor Management, Supplier Governance, Risk Management, or Operational Resilience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting third-party relationships.
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and remediation programs.
• Strong contract governance and lifecycle management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Governance & Oversight: Manage a portfolio of third-party supplier engagements from onboarding through termination.
• Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence: Coordinate onboarding activities and required risk assessments.
• Contract & Vendor Lifecycle Management: Support negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance: Identify and remediate risks; support regulatory readiness.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary contact for business owners and supplier stakeholders.
• Sub-Processor Obligations Management: Maintain public-facing sub-processor listing and contractual commitments.
