Job summary

Citibank Dublin seeks an OTC and ETF Operational Change Manager to lead a high-impact change team overseeing end-to-end delivery and governance of post-trade services. You will shape the strategic direction, drive large-scale client implementations, and champion automation and AI-led initiatives.

You will collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product leadership to align with business goals, manage risk, and develop talent across the department.

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive experience in Change Management or senior operations roles, with OTC derivatives and ETFs.
• Deep expertise in OTC Derivatives and ETF theory across asset classes.
• Desirable: Funds Accounting/Middle Office/Transfer Agency operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for OTC/ETF Operational Change.
• Oversee process analysis and design solutions for client and operational needs.
• Lead testing strategy and execution for a portfolio of projects.
• Manage senior stakeholders and client relationships at executive levels.
• Own governance, risk, and budget for the department.
