Job summary

Citibank in Dublin seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Investor Services Operations, shaping the post-trade landscape and driving major change programs. You will own the end-to-end trade lifecycle, governance, and risk management while building a culture of high performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology and global stakeholders to deliver strategic client solutions, automate processes, and advance industry-leading capabilities in OTC/ETF derivatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in change management, operations or product management with OTC derivatives.
• Deep expertise in OTC derivatives theory across asset classes and ETF operations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF operating model and align with global stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end process design, requirements delivery, and testing strategy.
• Collaborate with senior business, Product and Technology partners to enable vision.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team with accountability.
• Act as senior client liaison, managing executive relationships and reviews.
• Own governance and risk framework; drive remediation and controls.
• Partner with Technology and Product to prioritize the investment roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programmes with time, cost and quality control.
• Drive automation, digitalization and AI-led initiatives in delivery.
• Support business development through client pitches and product structuring.
• Guide multi-workstream programmes across Operations, Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Represent Citi in industry forums and regulatory working groups.
