Citi Dublin seeks an accomplished OTC ETF Operational Change Manager Director to lead a high-impact team responsible for end-to-end change delivery in post-trade services. You will shape strategic roadmaps, govern risk, and drive cross-functional programs with Product, Technology, and client engagement.

The role demands deep OTC derivatives and ETF knowledge, a track record of leading large-scale transformations, and strong client relationship skills, within a hybrid work model at Citi's Dublin

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in Change Management or senior operations/product management, with OTC derivatives and ETFs.
• Deep expertise in OTC Derivatives and ETF theory and practical application across asset classes.
• Desirable: Funds Accounting/Middle Office/Transfer Agency ops; strong financial markets understanding.
• Proven track record leading managers and large-scale organizational change.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF Operational Change function.
• Oversee process analysis and design of client-driven solutions and testing strategy.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Product, Technology, and clients; ensure governance and risk controls.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing department; manage talent strategy.
• Manage senior client relationships and represent the department in governance forums.
