Citi Dublin is looking for a seasoned Director to head the European ETF business within Investor Services, based in Dublin or London. You will drive strategy, oversee strategic projects, and build out ETF capabilities with strong client relationships and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field.
• Extensive ETF experience in Europe.
• Leadership in financial services.
• Data-driven decision making and adoption of new technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for European ETFs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical ETF programs and projects within Investor Services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and enhance product capabilities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales on new business initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Design and implement operating models focusing on automation and scalability.
• Ensure activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
