Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks a Senior Lead OTC ETF Manager to steer the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model and drive cross-functional transformation. You will manage end-to-end processes, governance, and strategic initiatives for institutional clients in a hybrid setup.

Lead a team of analysts, partner with Product, Technology and Risk, and deliver automation and AI-enabled improvements across operations. Dublin-based, hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior operations/change management roles.
• Deep expertise in OTC derivatives theory and practice across asset classes.
• Deep ETF theory and operational flow with creation and trading.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle and risk governance.
• Lead large-scale client implementations and cross-functional programs.
• Develop, mentor and manage a high-performing team of analysts.
• Engage with C-suite and investment leaders; manage senior client relationships.
• Drive automation, technology-led change, and data-driven decision making.
