Citi Dublin seeks an experienced leader to manage OTC/ETF Operational Change, shaping strategic direction and delivering complex, high-impact change programs. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk, while partnering with Product, Technology, and clients to drive transformation across the group.

Leading a high-performing team, you will ensure robust governance, navigate regulatory considerations, and champion automation and AI-driven initiatives within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Change Management, operations, or product/business management with OTC derivatives/ETFs.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholders and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and governance capabilities with risk awareness.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for OTC/ETF change functions.
• Oversee end-to-end change delivery, testing, and governance across projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and clients to align infrastructure with strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts.
• Maintain executive relationships with institutional clients and governance forums.
• Own departmental risk framework and budget, ensuring delivery per objectives.
