Diageo is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to shape and drive the OT cyber resilience programme across global manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations, GBS and the Digital & Automation team to embed resilience plans and ensure effective risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages for audiences from site engineers to senior management.
• Ability to embed robust processes within OT Cyber Resilience programmes.
• Experience supporting OT Cyber Security governance strategy and business case development.
• Governance and compliance development and execution in OT environments.
• Knowledge of industrial control and automation cyber protection standards (IEC 62443, NIST).
• Proven track record in change management, stakeholder engagement and programme execution.

Aufgaben

• Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy aligned with the OT Cyber Security Governance Strategy.
• Support sites in implementing OT Cyber Resilience plans.
• Develop training and awareness programmes to build organisational capability.
• Lead site stakeholder engagement from OT Leads to Operations Directors.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to diverse audiences.
• Secure funding by building compelling arguments for resilience initiatives.
• Foster internal and external partnerships to support the programme.
• Apply industry frameworks and standards to build coherent methodologies.
• Lead and motivate the OT community to meet cybersecurity objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reflecting programme effectiveness.
