Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
• Experience creating global standards and governance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, cybersecurity and site leadership to implement standards.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies to improve security and reliability.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites worldwide ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and drive remediation actions.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into global standards.
• Support cybersecurity governance, compliance initiatives and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance security posture of manufacturing systems.
