Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience within manufacturing, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, ICS, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience developing and implementing global standards, policies, and governance models across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of cybersecurity standards.
• Lead evaluation, selection and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites worldwide on standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and drive remediation actions.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into global standards.
• Support governance, compliance initiatives and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance security and resilience of manufacturing systems.
