Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to craft and sustain the OT cybersecurity strategy across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites. You will standardize cybersecurity practices, drive assessments, and partner with sites worldwide to enhance resilience and compliance.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, strong knowledge of OT/ICS security, and experience implementing global standards in a multinational manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, IT, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, ICS, networks, and frameworks.
• Experience building and implementing global standards across sites/regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership to implement standards.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to sites to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments, identify risks, and drive remediation actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen security of manufacturing systems and ICS.
