Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to develop and maintain the OT cybersecurity strategy across DePuy Synthes sites. You’ll drive standardization and partner with manufacturing, IT, and leadership to strengthen compliance and resilience.

The role requires deep OT cybersecurity knowledge, experience deploying global standards, and a proactive approach to safeguarding industrial networks across multiple regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/OT environments with cybersecurity focus.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, ICS, manufacturing networks, and standards.
• Experience developing global standards, policies, governance models across sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for DePuy Synthes manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of standards.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies to improve security and efficiency.
• Provide guidance to sites worldwide ensuring regulatory compliance and risk reduction.
• Conduct periodic assessments to identify risks and drive remediation across networks.
