Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Automation Lead to direct a global engineering group and set the automation agenda across Capital and Sustain priorities for PGCS.

You will lead OT and cybersecurity standards, provide technical direction, and partner with site teams, IT/OT and external partners to deliver safe, reliable, and future-ready manufacturing operations.

This role requires a strong track record in multi-site automation, governance, and capital project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required.
• Significant automation/OT experience in complex manufacturing.
• Proven global or multi-site leadership in automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering automation group supporting manufacturing and capital delivery.
• Define and execute the global automation agenda across Capital and Sustain priorities.
• Provide governance to ensure robust, secure automation solutions across sites.
• Act as senior automation contact for global stakeholders, IT/OT, and partners.
