Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to define and govern OT cybersecurity across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites, including Ireland. The role focuses on standardizing technologies, guiding cross-functional teams, and strengthening resilience across the global network.

The position requires experience in OT security within manufacturing, a track record of implementing global standards, and strong stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing OT environments and strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles.
• Experience developing and implementing global standards, policies and governance across sites/regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for the manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, cybersecurity and site leadership to implement standards.
• Lead evaluation, selection and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies to improve security and reliability.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments, identify gaps, and drive remediation actions.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into global standards.
• Support cybersecurity governance, compliance initiatives and audit readiness across network.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance security posture of manufacturing systems and ICS environments.
