Clinical Sales Specialist (Spine and Interventional Pain) is sought for Dublin/Ireland East. The role reports to Sales Manager and focuses on Neuro, Spinal and Pain Management portfolios, developing relationships with surgeons and clinical teams.

Eligible candidates may have Neuro/Ortho sales experience or hospital theatre nursing background, with a full driving licence and a track record in clinical education.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of clinical sales experience in neuro/orthopaedic or pain management.
• Nursing background in a hospital theatre is considered advantageous.
• Full, clean driving licence required.

My client which is a diversified Medical Device Distributor has a new position within its Neuro, Spine and Pain Management Portfolio for a Clinical Sales Specialist.

The product portfolio consists of Implanted Spinal Devices used in Degenerative, Deformity and Trauma related disorders. You will also support a range of Radiofrequency Ablation Devices in their Pain Management Portfolio.

You will ideally be already selling comparable products into the Irish Market, but I am willing to consider Clinical Sales Specialists selling the same devices into the UK or European Healthcare sectors.

I am also willing to consider a Scrub Nurse coming from this discipline who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Devices and has a preexisting relationship with the customers (Surgeons).

Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Neuro, Spinal & Pain Management Portfolio. You will work closely with the current clinical team and the expectation is you will develop and grow relationships with new customers (Surgeons).

Duties:

• Promote company products through education of current & potential customers by providing excellent clinical education and support
• Build relationships with all business partners, be confident dealing with complex product offerings and ideally have prior experience working in operating theatres, in either support or nursing capacity
• You will engage with the customers to ensure they understand their needs and collaborate with the Companies Operations Team to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met
• Focus on Customer Obsession together with detailed product expertise ensuring unrivalled customer care and excellent on-going product support
• Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibilityAttendance at relevant conferences and meetings

Experience:

• 2-5 Years Plus Clinical Sales (Neuro, Ortho, Pain Management)
• Or 5 Years Hospital based Nursing Experience (Theatre Nurse)
• Full Clean Driving License
• Specific experience within Neurosurgery essential
