Job summary
Independent Search Solutions is seeking an ambitious Orthopaedic Territory Manager to drive sales of orthopaedic surgical devices across Dublin/Leinster. You will build relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff and Procurement, achieve quarterly and annual sales plans, and support customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
The role requires 3–5 years hospital sales experience in orthopaedics, a full clean driving license, and preferably a nursing (RGN) or medical
Qualifications
- 3–5 years hospital sales experience in orthopaedics.
- Full clean driving license required.
- Nursing (RGN) or medical background desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with hospitals and key customers to form lasting partnerships.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales plans for the territory.
- Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
- Conduct business planning and implement strategies across Dublin/Leinster.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Provide feedback on products, promotions and market changes.
- Support product launches and attend relevant conferences.
