Job summary

Independent Search Solutions Ltd on behalf of our client is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for Elective Orthopaedic Surgery to drive theatre-based product adoption across Cork and Munster, with primary duties in Cork. You will train clinicians, support surgeons, and manage stock while expanding new accounts.

The role offers a full training programme and a company car, with a focus on safe clinical use of devices and stock management. A valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum surgical/theatre experience in orthopaedics (scrub nurse).
• Full clean driving license is required.
• Hospital-based physiotherapists with strong orthopaedic knowledge will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and training on products and surgical techniques, mainly in theatre settings.
• Engage with surgeons to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and identify sales leads.
• Assist with stock and equipment management, including consignment kits and loan kits.
• Maintain up-to-date customer activity records in the CRM and support the Territory Manager.
• Contribute to product and procedure knowledge development through teaching and induction training.
