Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Dublin, Citywest, is hiring an Order Management Specialist to own the order lifecycle across software licensing, services and hardware. This role supports a major partnership and growth of the Dublin operation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while improving Quote-to-Cash processes and enabling new product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical/analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from approved sales quotes through fulfilment and delivery.
• Raise sales orders and purchase orders.
• Handle orders across software licences, support, services and training.
• Check licensing information before submission and track milestones.
• Resolve order queries and operational issues; support returns and RMAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Services, Vendor Management and Operations to improve processes.

Exclusive Networks is hiring an Order Management Specialist to support a major new strategic technology partnership and the continued growth of its Dublin operation.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Sales Support or Commercial Operations who wants to build specialist experience within the technology and software industry. You'll take ownership of the order lifecycle, helping ensure customer and partner orders are processed accurately, efficiently and right first time.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing You'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Services, Vendor Management and Operations, becoming an important part of the commercial operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing orders from approved sales quote through to fulfilment and delivery
• Raising sales orders and purchase orders
• Managing orders across software licences, support, professional services and training
• Checking order and licensing information before submission
• Tracking purchase orders, fulfilment activity and delivery milestones
• Ensuring relevant documentation is completed accurately
• Resolving order queries and operational issues
• Supporting returns and RMA transactions
• Communicating with internal teams, partners and vendors
• Helping improve Quote-to-Cash and operational processes
• Supporting new product launches and wider business growth initiatives
