Sonova Group is seeking an Order Entry Administrator for a fixed-term 3-month role in Ireland. You will enter new orders, process repairs/remakes/credits, and support deliveries from order to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Fixed Term - 3 Months
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our European Order Entry team and play a key role in supporting our Irish customers by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
In this varied role, you'll handle everything from entering new customer orders and processing repairs, remakes, and credits, to managing incoming deliveries and supporting customer queries. You'll work closely with customer service, technical teams, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Processing customer orders, repairs, remakes, and credits using SAP, reviewing product specifications, paperwork, and customer documentation. Monitoring order progress and resolving queries, handling incoming mail and deliveries, supporting stock accuracy and product reprocessing activities, building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
