Sonova Group is seeking an Order Entry Administrator for a fixed-term 3-month role in Ireland. You will enter new orders, process repairs/remakes/credits, and support deliveries from order to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

You will work with SAP, coordinate with customer service, technical teams and logistics partners, and maintain careful documentation and stock records to ensure a smooth customer journey.

• Experience entering customer orders and processing repairs, remakes, and credits.
• Monitor orders, resolve queries, and support stock accuracy.
