Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a major ERP transformation focused on adopting standard Fusion processes while leaving legacy practices behind. The role aims to strengthen the finance operating model, controls, and reporting capabilities.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across Finance and Procurement, manage governance and risk, and oversee data migration, testing, and go-live readiness. Collaboration with senior leaders and SI partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programme management experience delivering large, complex finance transformations.
• Experience in a Finance function with practical knowledge of finance process design.
• Proven track record in full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement processes: sourcing, purchasing, supplier management.
• Manage SI partners and workstreams to align with scope and budget.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Embed auditability and control disciplines across the programme lifecycle.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. The guiding principle for this finance transformation programme is "adopt not adapt", aiming to leverage standard, best practice Fusion processes while leaving complex legacy processes behind. The focus is to strengthen the finance operating model, control environment, reporting capability, and decision support.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.

• Lead the Procurement process to select a System Integration partner to implement the solution.
• Design and build out the Implementation team to ensure success and a smooth transition to BAU.
• Oversee programme planning, governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
• Establish and support effective Finance-led governance for key decisions on process design, controls, data migration, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement leadership to challenge legacy processes and support transition to a standardised operating model.
• Drive delivery of core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead delivery of Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Manage system integration partners and business workstreams to ensure alignment with scope and budget.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and go-live readiness processes.
• Ensure appropriate auditability and control disciplines are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Drive business readiness and stakeholder engagement, including communication, training, and adoption activities.

Key Requirements

• 10+ Years of programme management experience leading large, complex transformation programmes.
• Experience working in a complex Finance Function with practical knowledge of Finance process design.
• Proven experience in a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials suite and processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement processes.
• Governance, delivery planning, and risk management capability.
• Experience managing system integrators and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing integrations and post go-live support.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing migration from legacy Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leveraging Oracle Fusion AI capabilities for efficiencies.
• Formal programme or project management accreditation (MSP, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Change management certification or demonstrable experience in leading business adoption.
