Job summary

Stelfox is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation in Dublin on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role covers end-to-end delivery of Finance and Procurement capabilities, governance, and data migration.

You will oversee system integrators, vendors, and delivery teams, ensuring successful go-live and post-implementation stabilization. A strong finance process design background and MSP/PRINCE2 certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programme management experience in large, transformation programmes.
• Experience in complex Finance functions with process design and implementation.
• Proven lead roles in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations with out-of-the-box processes.

Senior Programme Manager Oracle Fusion - 2 Year Fixed-Term Contract - Dublin Hybrid-Working Model Excellent NEW Programme Manager role just opened Our client isseeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Lead the Procurement process to select a System Integration partner to implement the solution.
• Design and build out the Implementation team to guarantee success and smooth transition to BAU.
• Oversee programme planning, governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
• Establish and support effective Finance-led governance, ensuring key decisions on process design, controls, data migration, reporting, master data and business adoption are made with appropriate Finance ownership and executive oversight.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement leadership to challenge legacy processes and support transition to a standardised cloud-enabled operating model, applying the adopt not adapt principle pragmatically where standardisation supports control, compliance, efficiency, and business value.
• Drive delivery of core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial controls, and reporting.
• Lead delivery of Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, procure-to-pay controls, and adoption of standardised ways of working.
• Manage system integration partners, third-party vendors, internal delivery teams, and business workstreams to ensure alignment against scope, milestones, budget, and outcomes.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, integration readiness, testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post go-live stabilisation, Ensure appropriate auditability, financial governance, compliance, and control disciplines are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and change management activities.

Essential Skills:

• 10+ Years of Programme Management experience leading large, complex, business critical transformation programmes
• Experience working in a complex Finance Function with practical knowledge of Finance process design and implementation.
• Proven experience leading, or playing a senior delivery role in, a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation leveraging standard out of the box processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials suite (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and related Finance transformation processes. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, P2P) Strong programme governance, delivery planning, risk management, dependency management, budget management and executive reporting capability.
• Experience managing system integrators, Oracle partners, vendors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Finance, Procurement, HR, IT and senior leadership audiences.
• Experience overseeing integrations, testing, data migration, cutover, and post go-live support.
• Experience of managing migration from legacy Oracle EBS platform and processes to a standardized Oracle Fusion ERP Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise data platforms.
• Experience of leveraging native Oracle Fusion AI capabilities to drive efficiencies Formal Programme or project management accreditation such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Change management certification or demonstrable experience leading business adoption in complex transformation programmes.
