Job summary

Hadfield Green seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation for a leading Irish organisation. The role combines strong Fusion Financials expertise with proven finance transformation and programme delivery leadership.

The programme focuses on standard Fusion processes, strengthening the finance operating model, improving reporting and controls, and reducing manual intervention through cloud ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Programme Management experience delivering large, complex transformations.
• Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Financials knowledge (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
• Strong Fusion Procurement knowledge (Purchasing, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay).
• Finance process design and transformation experience.
• Experience managing System Integrators, Oracle partners, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience overseeing integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Lead programme governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and delivery across internal teams and partners.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.

Oracle Fusion Programme Manager | Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Lead a Major Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation for a leading Irish organisation.

This is a senior programme leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience with proven Finance transformation and programme delivery expertise.

The programme is focused on adopting standard, best-practice Fusion processes, strengthening the Finance operating model, improving reporting and controls, and reducing manual intervention.

What You'll Do

• Lead theend-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Lead programme governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and delivery across internal teams and implementation partners.
• Overseedata migration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.

What I'm Looking For

• 10+ years of Programme Management experience delivering large, complex and business-critical transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading, or playing a senior delivery role in, afull-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding ofOracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding ofOracle Fusion Procurement, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong Finance process design and transformation experience.
• Proven experience managingSystem Integrators, Oracle partners, vendors and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience overseeingintegrations, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Finance, Procurement, HR, IT and senior leadership.

Experience with:

• Migration fromOracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Integration of Oracle Fusion with enterprise data platforms.
• Oracle Fusion native AI capabilities.
• MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme/project management accreditation.
• Change management and business adoption in complex transformation programmes.
