E-Frontiers in Dublin leads an Oracle Fusion ERP transformation for a large, complex client. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with emphasis on Finance and Procurement, governance, and executive reporting.

You will lead a senior delivery team, manage system integrators and vendors, and drive P2P and data migration activities through go-live and BAU transition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance and Procurement.
  • Establish and manage programme plan, governance, budget, risks and reporting.
  • Build and lead the programme delivery team and manage SI/partners.
  • Drive standardised, cloud-enabled Finance and Procurement processes.
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.

Job description

We are currently partnering with a large, complex organisation in Dublin to appoint an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a significant enterprise-wide Finance transformation programme.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, with a particular focus on Finance and Procurement.

The successful candidate will combine deep Oracle Fusion implementation experience with strong programme leadership, Finance transformation knowledge and the ability to manage senior stakeholders, implementation partners and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

The Role

You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the programme from planning and design through implementation, go-live, stabilisation and transition to BAU.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance and Procurement.
  • Establish and manage the overall programme plan, governance structure, budget, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
  • Build and lead the programme delivery team.
  • Manage System Integration partners, third-party vendors and internal delivery teams.
  • Partner closely with senior Finance, Procurement, Technology and business stakeholders.
  • Drive the transition towards standardised, cloud-enabled Finance and Procurement processes.
  • Oversee delivery across core Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
  • Lead Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation.
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure strong governance, financial controls, compliance and auditability throughout the programme.
  • Lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption and transition into BAU.
About You

We are looking for an established ERP transformation leader with:

  • 10+ years' Programme Management experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience leading or holding a senior delivery position on a full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement and P2P.
  • Significant Finance transformation and process-design experience.
  • Experience managing System Integrators, Oracle partners and third-party vendors.
  • Experience overseeing data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Excellent senior and executive stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Technology and wider business functions.
  • Experience transitioning from a legacy ERP environment to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with wider enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
  • MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent accreditation.
  • Experience leading significant organisational change and business adoption.
