Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Programme Management
• Proven experience leading or senior role in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion ERP programme
• Oversee governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee testing, integrations, data migration, cutover, and go-live support
• Ensure delivery against timelines, scope, and business objectives
