Job summary

Realtime Recruitment is partnering with a major organisation in North Dublin to recruit an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager. You will lead a large-scale Finance & Procurement ERP transformation, owning governance, partner selection and delivery across design, build, test, cutover and stabilisation.

This senior role requires 10+ years in programme management on complex transformations and deep Oracle Fusion ERP experience. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Programme Management on large, complex transformations.
• Proven delivery on a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt) and Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Mgmt, P2P).
• Experience managing SIs, Oracle partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own programme governance, SI partner selection, delivery planning and business adoption.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for design, build, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR and IT senior stakeholders to bring the programme to fruition.

Programme Manager with Oracle Fusion | Contract |

We're partnering with a major organisation based in North Dublin to find an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Finance & Procurement ERP transformation.

3 days onsite/week Daily rate contract Long-term engagement (circa 2 years)

This is a senior leadership role driving the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and P2P capabilities, working under an "adopt not adapt" principle — standardising on best-practice Fusion processes rather than customising around legacy ways of working.

You'll own programme governance, SI partner selection, delivery planning, and business adoption, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and senior stakeholders to bring the programme through design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilisation.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' Programme Management experience on large, complex transformation programmes
• Proven delivery experience on a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, P2P)
• Experience managing SIs, Oracle partners, and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT
