SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an experienced FCCS Lead to own the Financial Consolidation and Close design for a global Oracle EPM programme.

You will shape the target-state architecture and provide technical leadership to the delivery team, while collaborating with finance process owners and senior stakeholders. The role requires deep FCCS expertise, multi-entity/multi-currency delivery experience, and strong governance capabilities.

Formación

• - 10+ years in finance systems or EPM, with experience predominantly focused on FCCS (and prior HFM / consolidation platforms where relevant)
• - Experience leading the design and delivery of multiple complex, multi-entity, multi-currency FCCS implementations
• - Deep knowledge of FCCS functionality, including consolidation, ownership, intercompany, close management, journals and reporting
• - Strong grounding in group consolidation, statutory reporting and financial close processes
• - Experience integrating FCCS with multiple ERP and source systems
• - Proven track record providing technical leadership and design governance on large programmes
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior finance level
• - Oracle FCCS certification
• - Experience in a consultancy, Big 4 or system integrator environment
• - Exposure to Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting and EDMCS alongside FCCS
• - Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Responsabilidades

• - Define target-state architecture and FCCS solution design for a global group
• - Design the consolidation model, including entity structures, ownership, currency translation, intercompany eliminations and multi-GAAP / multi-currency requirements
• - Design the close process, including task management, journals, supplemental data and reconciliation touchpoints
• - Define data integration approaches with ERP and source systems, working closely with the integration and EDMCS leads
• - Align business and finance requirements with FCCS platform capabilities, advising on fit, trade-offs and roadmap
• - Run design workshops with group finance, controllership and reporting stakeholders
• - Translate statutory and management reporting needs into scalable consolidation and reporting designs
• - Lead design governance for the FCCS workstream, including design authority participation and sign-off
• - Establish build standards, naming conventions, testing approaches and release controls
• - Embed Oracle and industry best practice, and ensure consistency with the wider EPM architecture
• - Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, reviewing designs and builds and resolving complex issues
• - Mentor and coach consultants and developers
• - Support planning, estimation, risk management and delivery reporting for the workstream

Oracle FCCS Lead - Senior Manager / Director

Location: Ireland

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading consultancy, is mobilising a global Oracle EPM implementation and is assembling a senior team of module leads to deliver it. This is a chance to own the Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) design for a complex, enterprise-scale programme and to set the standard for how the module is delivered.

As FCCS Lead, you will be the single accountable lead for the module: defining the target-state architecture, shaping the solution design and providing technical leadership to the delivery team.

The Role

You will work alongside the Oracle EPM Solution Architect, other module leads, finance process owners and programme leadership. You will bring deep, specialist FCCS expertise and the credibility to guide senior finance stakeholders through design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Solution Design

• Define the target-state architecture and solution design for FCCS across a global group
• Design the consolidation model, including entity structures, ownership, currency translation, intercompany eliminations and multi-GAAP / multi-currency requirements
• Design the close process, including task management, journals, supplemental data and reconciliation touchpoints

Location and Working Pattern
