Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Solution Architect to own the Oracle EBS R12.2 landscape spanning Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.

You will lead global ERP initiatives, design scalable enterprise solutions, and collaborate with business leaders to optimize end-to-end processes in an international setting. The role offers a highly flexible hybrid working model in Ireland, with occasional travel to Gort for key workshops and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 in Architect/Lead roles.
• Expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Oracle Quality.
• Strong integration with Oracle Financials and end-to-end processes (O2C, P2P, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Experience leading global ERP implementations and transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis and workshops.

What You'll Do

As the Oracle EBS Solution Architect, you will:

• Own the solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Financials.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Drive improvements across Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Planning operations.
• Partner with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Tax processes.
• Lead global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts and enhancement projects.
• Define integration requirements across Oracle and connected business systems.
• Support complex production issues and deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, consultants and external partners.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 experience gained in Solution Architect, Lead Functional Consultant or Senior Business Applications roles.
• Deep expertise across Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules including:
  • Order Management
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Work in Process (WIP)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Shipping Execution
  • Oracle Quality
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials integration.
• Experience designing and supporting end-to-end:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Manufacturing
  • Planning processes
• Proven experience leading global ERP implementations, upgrades and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with ASCP, ATP/GOP and Demantra.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing, healthcare or medical device environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agile PLM, EDI integrations and carrier integrations.
• Oracle certifications.

Location & Flexibility

This position is based within Ireland and offers a highly flexible hybrid working model.

Candidates can work remotely for the majority of their time but must be able to travel to our Gort, Co. Galway site when required for project workshops, business meetings, collaboration sessions and key project activities.
