Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM Manager in Dublin to lead delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation engagements. You will design end-to-end Cloud solutions, run workshops, gather requirements, and manage multi-disciplinary teams with senior stakeholder engagement.

You’ll guide testing, cutover, deployment and post-launch support while contributing to proposals and EY’s Oracle practice growth. Hybrid working and a competitive rewards package are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle Fusion HCM.
• End-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations with tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle Fusion implementation, optimisation and transformation engagements.
• Designing end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions that support clear business objectives.
• Facilitating client workshops, gathering requirements and shaping future-state processes.
• Managing blended delivery teams and supporting programme governance, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Guiding testing, cutover, deployment and post-launch support.
• Contributing to proposals, client presentations and the development of colleagues and EY’s Oracle practice.
