Job summary

EY in Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead Oracle EPM workstreams within our Fusion Applications practice. You will guide client engagements, drive strategic decisions, and ensure delivery excellence on large Oracle EPM implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years refining Oracle EPM solutions, with Planning & Budgeting or Financial Consolidation expertise, and a track record of successful client outcomes. EY supports flexible working and career development.

Qualifications

• > Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
• > At least 5-10 years' of relevant experience in client-facing consulting and Oracle EPM implementations.
• > Proven expertise in Planning & Budgeting OR Financial Consolidation within Oracle EPM.
• > Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of 2 large Oracle EPM implementations.
• > Oracle Fusion EPM implementation experience and migration from Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion EPM implementations, advising clients on strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EPM solutions on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams, manage risk, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and promote EY service lines.
• Contribute to Oracle competency development through thought leadership and training.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion EPM developments and industry trends.
