AO is seeking a Business Excellence Manager in Ireland to transform capabilities, optimise processes, and foster a culture of performance improvement across the organisation.

You will lead global standards for operational processes, coach cross-functional teams in lean leadership, and drive digital tools integration to streamline workflows and enable data-driven decision making. This is a senior role focused on strategic impact and scalable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business or related field.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Change Management, or Strategic Management certifications desirable.
• Power BI proficiency required.
• Minimum 3 years of strategy and business excellence program delivery in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to drive operational excellence and process transformation.
• Develop global standards for operational processes and promote continuous improvement.
