Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma / Business Process Optimisation Specialist to lead improvement initiatives within a large public-sector environment. Based in Dublin, you will initially focus on the Data & Technology team, applying Lean and Six Sigma to analyse processes, quantify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognised body.
• 5+ years' experience leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within technology-led environments.
• Proven track record delivering significant, quantifiable efficiencies within a public-sector environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and prioritise business process improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis.
• Lead end-to-end business process optimisation and improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce variation and enhance quality.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across a range of business units and functions.
• Manage and engage stakeholders at all levels throughout business process change initiatives.
• Coach and mentor personnel in process improvement methodologies and practices.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Communicate findings, recommendations and improvement opportunities in clear and practical language.
