Stryker operates a Neurovascular facility on Model Farm Road in Cork and is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams. You will plan production, drive KPIs, coach staff, and champion GMP, safety, and Lean initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and development of people while meeting customer demand and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisor experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide cross-functional teams.
• GMP/FDA regulatory knowledge, housekeeping and safety awareness.
• Strong coaching and feedback abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the production team to achieve targets across quality, service, cost and people development.
• Plan and prioritise production to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor output, KPIs, rework, scrap and quality standards; take corrective action.
• Coach, train and support team members to develop skills and potential.
• Provide regular feedback and address performance issues promptly and fairly.
• Promote employee engagement and open communication across the team.
• Support training plans and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of Production Operators.
