Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Analyst to analyse and improve business processes, design scalable ways of working, and own cross-functional projects. You will enhance information capture across systems, create dashboards, and provide leadership with clear performance insights for decision-making.

With a focus on governance, efficiency and scalability, you will collaborate with multiple teams, manage competing deadlines, and drive adoption of new processes and tools to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, business operations or a similar role.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools and operational systems.
• Ability to turn data into clear operational insights.
• Ability to understand complex processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Organised, curious and solutions-focused.
• Ownership and accountability; able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes by identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for scalable ways of working.
• Take ownership of operational processes and project workstreams from start to finish.
• Design, implement and embed new ways of working across the Speaker Operations team.
• Improve the capture, management and use of information across systems, tools and data.
• Create clear reporting, dashboards and performance insights for decision-making.
• Identify patterns, bottlenecks and risks through data analysis and operational reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Improve operational efficiency, consistency, scalability and governance.
• Provide leadership with visibility into team performance, workload, priorities and ownership.
