Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to oversee readiness activities across projects, with focus on Transfer Agency onboarding, fund migration, and process improvements.

You will map end-to-end processes, gather requirements, run workshops, and coordinate teams to ensure quality outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Strong MS Office skills and NSCC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
Desirable project management qualification or certification.
Management qualification or relevant years of experience.
Additional course or certification in Business Analysis.
Proven experience in Transfer Agency.
Experience supporting client onboarding, fund migration, conversion and/or deconversion projects.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
People management skills including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Strong self-management and delivery focus, innovative problem solving.
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to meet quality standards; MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
Experience with NSCC processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical and/or business readiness activities within a project.
Support Transfer Agency client onboarding, fund migration, conversion, and deconversion initiatives.
Map end-to-end business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and produce detailed BRD documents.
Run workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Assist and supervise team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage.
Apply standards and methodologies, providing expertise on methods and tools.
Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling, and logical database design.
Identify and assess risks to project success and plan accordingly.
Agree project approaches with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans.
Track activities against schedules and manage stakeholder involvement.
Support readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and implementation planning.
Handle training and build competency within the practice.
