Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned PS&T Operations leader to drive global services and training execution. You will shape planning, budgeting, and resource strategies while leading a cross-functional team across global delivery, training, and strategic accounts.

You will define metrics, lead dashboards, and advance automation with a focus on efficiency and scalability within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Professional Services, Training, Sales or Revenue Operations experience.
• Direct experience supporting global technology/SaaS organizations.
• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated success using operational metrics/KPIs to evaluate business trends, effort/capacity allocations, and regional productivity.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex business issues and provide swift, scalable solutions.
• Creative thinking; ability to challenge existing processes and lead automation initiatives.
• Experience working and leading large-scale global and cross-functional projects.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, energetic, and capable of multitasking across a dynamic global organization.
• Strong skills influencing virtual teams across the globe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the global PS&T organization as a key member of the PS&T Operations management team.
• Partner with PS&T leadership, Global Operations, and FP&A on business planning and operational support.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team supporting global and regional PS&S, Training, and strategic accounts.
• Establish and monitor core metrics/KPIs to evaluate trends, track capacity, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive process optimization initiatives by evaluating operational workflows.
• Manage Training Operations logistics, including scheduling, resource provisioning, enrollment workflows, and tracking.
• Standardize operational tooling and governance, maintaining documentation and reporting structures.
• Collaborate on resourcing models, revenue forecasting support, and operational transparency.
• Manage the global revenue forecast and communicate trends to leadership.
• Manage custom/strategic account operations with tailored delivery workflows and high-touch support.
• Interface with cross-functional groups and PS&T teams.
• Lead and deliver company-wide and PS&T initiatives.
