Job description

Operations & Marketing Administrator

The Company:

Snap Ireland was founded in 1984. Through its franchise network, Snap Ireland is the number one design, print and branding partner for over 70% of top 100 companies in Ireland. Snap has been awarded multiple Irish Franchise awards, including Service Franchise of the Year.

Position Summary:

The Operations and Marketing Administrator supports the delivery of both the group marketing plan and day-to-day operational activities across Snap Ireland.

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Operations Manager, this role is central to keeping campaigns, systems, reporting, quality documentation and administration accurate, organised and on track. You will work closely with Managers and Franchisees across the group, providing practical support, following up on actions and ensuring information is kept up to date.

This is a part-time position, ideally three days per week, although we are open to discussing a working arrangement that suits the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented, proactive and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role could be a great fit for someone who:

  • Enjoys administration and organisation and takes pride in keeping tasks, systems and processes running efficiently.

  • Wants to develop their experience across operations, marketing and business administration, with opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities.

  • Is looking for a part-time administrative role that offers variety and flexibility while fitting around their lifestyle, personal commitments or other priorities.

  • Enjoys variety in their working day, balancing administrative responsibilities with supporting projects, people and day-to-day business activities.

You don't necessarily need extensive experience across both marketing and operations. What's most important is having strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Whether you're looking to broaden your professional experience or simply enjoy administration and are seeking a part-time role that offers variety and flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.
