Job summary

Snap Ireland is seeking a part-time Operations & Marketing Administrator to support the group marketing plan and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Group Marketing & Operations Manager, the role focuses on campaigns, systems, reporting and administration across the network.

The position is ideally three days per week, with flexibility for the right candidate. Candidates should be organised, detail-oriented and keen to learn across operations, marketing and business administration.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and operations.
• Proactive with ability to learn and adapt.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the annual marketing plan and campaigns.
• Prepare marketing collateral and content.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and group systems.
• Produce regular sales and marketing reports.
• Coordinate recruitment activity and onboarding.
• Process supplier invoices and purchasing admin.
