The Noel Group is partnering with a prestigious client to recruit an Operations Manager for a large hotel in Ireland. You will oversee daily hotel operations, working closely with senior management to drive service standards, guest experiences and operational excellence.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple departments while delivering outstanding guest experiences and tangible improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
