Noel Group in Limerick is seeking a Hotel HR Executive to support all HR activities across a prestigious hospitality property. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, training, and ensuring HR best practices are maintained on site.

The successful candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, coordinate HR processes, and contribute to payroll support and benefits administration within a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments.
• Experience in the same HR role or readiness to progress.
• Reside in Ireland with right to work; ready to work locally.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Assist managers with employee relations and HR guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate training and development programmes across departments.
• Monitor HR policies and procedures for employment law compliance.
• Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
• Assist with performance management and staff engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the management team.

This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR best practices are maintained across the property.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
