Job summary

The Noel Group is seeking a General Services Manager to lead integrated facilities services on a large site in County Louth. You will oversee hospitality-related operations, drive service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while managing budgets and KPIs.

As a senior leader, you will coach managers, recruit and develop teams, partner with senior management to implement business plans, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of integrated facilities services across a large site supporting thousands of employees and visitors.
• Oversee catering, cleaning, industrial cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and support services while maintaining the highest standards.
• Provide strong leadership to managers and supervisors, ensuring effective recruitment, training, engagement, and team development.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement business plans, improve service delivery, and promote accountability across departments.
• Manage budgets, payroll, profitability, and operational performance while ensuring contract KPIs and compliance targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and business growth.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the food service operation in line with all company, national, and international procedures.

Salary: €85,000 + 10% Bonus
