Finn Lough is seeking an exceptional Operations Lead to join the Senior Leadership Team at this luxury resort in Donegal. The role oversees cross‑department operations, ensuring seamless guest journeys from pre‑planning through events and exclusive hire experiences.

You will coordinate day‑to‑day operations, lead event readiness, and build strong relationships across teams and suppliers. A calm, problem‑solver mindset and hospitality background are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Lead pre-event planning and operational briefings for weddings, corporate events, and exclusive hire programmes.
• Manage event timelines and readiness, coordinating external partners and suppliers.
• Support senior leadership with operational planning and cross‑functional alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement through post‑event reviews and learnings.
