Job summary

Nike Kildare is seeking a Floor Manager (Operations Coach) for full-time 40 hours to drive store operations and deliver world-class service to shoppers. You will lead back-of-house and front-of-house teams, ensuring stock accuracy, safety, and a culture of energy and innovation on the shop floor.

You will oversee daily processes, coach staff, manage HR duties, and play a key role in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced exposure to Retail and People Management and leading a shop floor.
• Experience impacting business results including budgeting, planning, sales and customer service.
• Experience identifying training needs and conducting in-person learning activities.
• Proven ability to use coaching and conflict-resolution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including cash office, health and safety, shipping/receiving, stock flow and loss prevention.
• Lead and coach associates within designated areas to ensure stock accuracy and strong customer service.
• Ensure replenishment and productivity targets are met while minimizing shrinkage.
• Identify opportunities from product availability and consumer feedback to improve performance.
• Provide training and development to self and team; manage HR responsibilities as needed.
• Support leadership in delivering premium consumer and employee experiences.
