You will apply product knowledge, assist coaching staff, operate cash registers, support displays, and connect online and offline shopping experiences. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Flexibile with scheduling including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a premium Nike brand experience.
• Assist store leads and coaches in training new employees.
• Support store operations: operate cash register, manage stock, and maintain shopfloor displays.
• Recommend products to reach sales targets and link online/offline shopping experiences.
• Inform customers about Nike products and services and stay updated with training.
