As a key leader on the shop floor, you’ll inspire great service, optimise visuals and stock, and collaborate with the leadership team. This role offers growth within a global brand and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail supervisor or floor manager leading teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Strong coaching, communication and store-operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Deliver outstanding in-store customer service and experience.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor as a service and brand role model.
• Use data to drive sales, productivity and operational decisions.
• Coordinate daily floor operations balancing service with execution.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure cash handling, health & safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Step into Assistant Store Manager responsibilities when required.
• Foster positive team culture reflecting adidas values.
